Brian started his career in the staffing industry in 2004. With nearly 20 years of experience in total talent Human Capital Management (with 15 dedicated specifically to MSP/VMS/RPO services), he has refined his expertise in talent procurement, team building/development, training delivery and mentoring, along with his ability to be viewed as a trusted client advisor in capacities such as best practice optimization, staff augmentation and solutions consulting, and business process outsourcing. He has overseen multiple global expansions from a client delivery perspective, led account optimization efforts, and has demonstrated a passion for agile and lean expertise in sectors such as Energy, Life Sciences, Public Sector, Telecommunications/Media, Consumer Products, Aerospace/Defense, Financial Services and Insurance, and Manufacturing.

He possesses the ability to storyboard client roadmaps in compelling fashions while understanding all perspectives, incentives, levers, and values that are needed to realize optimal success. Because of his diverse background in all aspects, he can relate to all parties as well as speak first-hand on experiences that have yielded the intended results. Brian has spent the last 5+ years working with C-level personnel on building out Robotics/AI/ML technology initiatives that drive the aforementioned value across all respective entities. His comprehension around total talent recruitment has enabled continued success not only within the HR/Procurement departments he engages, but also to larger organizational goals/targets each of his clients are working towards.

Brian joined Accenture in March 2020 as the Tower Lead managing the Contingent Labor vertical and entire North American client portfolio. In this capacity, Brian will act as a Subject Matter Advisor on industry best practices and techniques intended to drive a maximized amount of value to end clients. He is CCWP certified from Staffing Industry Analysts, and as an industry leader, has been asked to serve as a panelist during various industry events around MSP best practices. Additionally, Brian holds a BA from Washington & Jefferson College, and a Masters of Leadership, Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University.
