Recruiting and Hiring: vTech will recruit, hire, and promote employees based on qualifications and job requirements, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, Provincial, or local law.
Training: We will provide training to all employees on the importance of equal employment opportunity, as well as the organization’s commitment to non-discrimination and affirmative action in the workplace.
Complaint Resolution: Our organization will investigate any complaints of discrimination or harassment in accordance with our complaint resolution procedures. Any employee found to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Reporting: We will report to government agencies all the required data on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action as required by law.
vTech Solution equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies and objectives also apply to its work with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and any other entity that is affiliated with vTech Solution.

Note: vTech Solution prohibits retaliation of any form including harassment, intimidation, threat, coercion, or discrimination against any employee for being engaged in, or may have engaged in activities such as filing a discrimination complaint, assisting or participating in an investigation, compliance review or hearing, opposing any act or practice made unlawful, or exercising any other protected right in good faith under this policy. If after investigating any complaint of discrimination, vTech Solution determines that the complaint is not bona fide, or the employee has provided false information regarding the complaint, disciplinary action may be taken against the individual who filed the complaint or furnished false information.
