Kevin comes with an educational background in psychology and organizational communication. At vTech, Kevin maps out processes across all departments in the organization and uses those maps to identify areas for optimization and automation. He monitors opportunities for feedback that the organization receives from clients, consultants, and internal team members. Working to optimize these processes and handling feedback from those who choose to do business with us makes him feel he’s making a difference for the better at vTech.
