The objectives of the appraisal were –
- Assess the current project management, services, and practices, and recognize the strengths and weaknesses against CMMI V2.0.
- Determine the level of maturity due to process improvement projects.
- Provide accurate information about the state of the progress and a solid basis for further improvement efforts.
